This site is dedicated to the memory of Jennie Cervantes.
Jennie Cervantes was born in Guadalupe, CA on February 08, 1946. She is much loved and will always be remembered and live on through all her family and friends.
When the sun rose that morning
It wasn’t all that bright
When heaven called its angel home
It was a struggle to see the light
To think life without a mother
Her time on earth is done
The emptiness and darkness that grows within
Makes it difficult to see the sun
But each day the sun rises
The darkness fades after a while
Memories awaken within me
Creating a light that makes me smile
Gone but never forgotten
Memories of her remain inside
She’s in a better place
I know I’ll see her another time
My love for her will never weaken
It grows stronger every day
I’m grateful to have had you as my mother
I thank God for you each time I pray
